If you are aged between 16-25, single and suffering from homelessness, Hucknall Nightstop may be able to help you find a safe place to stay tonight. And you don't have to be in Hucknall, we will help young people in the whole of Nottinghamshire.
Hucknall Nightstop aims to help young, single, homeless people between the ages of 16 and 25. We provide emergency temporary accommodation in the homes of trained volunteers. Our volunteers will provide a bed for the night, an evening meal, the opportunity to shower or bathe and breakfast in the morning. This service is free to young people.
IF WE CAN HELP YOU, WE WILL !!
The agencies will try to help you to find accommodation, but maybe the situation cannot be solved immediately and you need a place to stay tonight, then this is where we can arrange for you to stay at a host’s home. We can also arrange transport to take you to the host’s home and also take you back to your referral agency in the morning.
CAN ANYONE USE NIGHTSTOP?
You cannot use Nightstop if:
- You have a history of violence.
- You are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, gas or glue
- You have special medical needs, eg. severe mental health problems
